About Me

To travel is to live – we travel not to escape life but for life not to escape us.

 

My passion for travel ignited when my family migrated from the Ukraine to New Zealand in 1996, I was nearly 11 years old.  Our journey was full of excitement, unknown situations and uncertainties, we were delayed due to weather which released a chain of events, we spoke very little English which was challenging on its own.  We flew half way around the world and my memories are still so vivid of this adventure.  This inspired me to start a career in travel less than a decade later in which quickly became apparent that I am extremely passionate in helping others plan their journey.

I have been a Travel Professional in the Wairarapa for the last 15 years employed through the one agency where I have gained the knowledge and experience when it comes to designing holidays and making travel arrangements for a variety of travel styles, including looking after corporate and group/school trips.

During this time, I also learnt through my wonderful personal travel adventures in different parts of Australia, South Pacific, Asia, Europe and West Coast of America and my most recent journey to Southern Coast of India.   I have cruised, explored and experienced the different travel styles, tasted many different cuisines and had the pleasure of encountering an array of culture.   Travel expands the mind and fills the gap – the best education I ever received was through travel.

As I now have a young family having more flexibility and being my own boss complement our family, I enjoy spending time with our two children, exploring our own back yard near and far. Age shouldn’t be a barrier when it comes to travel.  Our family enjoys travelling and we have amazing holiday plans in mind to create memories that would be cherished for life.

With my attention to detail and going above and beyond the call of duty will ensure my clients have a smooth and relaxing journey as well as an amazing holiday experience.  My desire is to successfully and professionally provide knowledge, offer competent recommendations and expertise advice.  I strive to fulfill my client’s desire and exceed expectations to establish trustworthy and respected relationships.
