Terms and Conditions

Wide Eyed Tours Terms and Conditions: *:These prices are applied for the normal season from 1 March 2026 until 31 Mar 2026. Not applied for public holidays, high season and peak season (Christmas & New Year period). Unless a fully escorted tour is requested, each itinerary will be allocated local guides in destinations where a tour has been booked. Check-in time at all hotels is 2.00pm and check out is 12.00pm.  Flight times, hotels and other services are subject to availability and may change unexpectedly.  Wide Eyed Tours will endeavour to keep any disruption to a minimum but on these occasions, it is largely out of our control. A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required upon confirmation of your booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to departure. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit. If you make a booking less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment is due immediately. Up to 21 days prior to departure, three amendments per booking are permitted free of charge. For all subsequent changes there will be an amendment fee of $50 per change. Cancellation fees apply to all cancelled reservations. The fee is determined by the date written cancellation is received by Wide Eyed Tours. More than 30 days - Loss of deposit. 30 or less days – 100% of total booking cost. No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the client.
