Ange has been our Travel Broker for our business & personal interests for many years now. What we appreciate most about Ange is her commitment to our needs.
We have been stuck in London as a result of Volcanic ash threatening airspace and therefore all of Heathrow Airport was closed – no flights. However, Ange would be working tirelessly at all hours of the night to get us somehow to our next destination for our work commitments. That is just one example of going the ‘extra mile’.
We always appreciate the additional considerations that Ange will try to add to our overseas travel commitments. The last trip we made to the UK, I requested that the holiday to be reduced by 3 weeks because of personal reasons & without hesitation Ange had both my wife and I rebooked on a flight home, it was great ¬ a problem..
The last trip we made did involve flights, accommodation, train travel across Australia, all went without a hitch.
We certainly would recommend Anges services to our friends. This Covid 19 has slowed up our travel somewhat, but never fear we will definitely be back again.
