Inclusions
- Dinner & Breakfast pack per person for 2 nights. Made from fresh local ingredients the evening meal includes a snack platter with a tasty selection of cheeses, dips, pâté, bread or crackers, relishes, olives and cured meat or salmon. The main will include the chef’s selection of a locally produced meat (lamb, beef or venison), ready for you to cook on either the hob or barbecue (with instructions provided), accompanied with seasonal salads or vegetables and potatoes, plus something delightfully sweet to finish. Breakfast is either homemade toasted muesli or coconut, chia and cranberry bircher, both served with fresh yoghurt and berry compote.
