- Made from fresh locally sourced ingredients the evening meal includes a grazing platter of homemade chutney, relish, pesto, pâté and pickles, locally sourced charcuterie and cheeses. The main includes the chef’s selection of fresh seafood, lamb or beef (prepared and ready for you to cook on either the hob or barbecue, with instructions provided) accompanied with vegetable kebabs, fresh seasonal side salad, plus a delightfully sweet treat to finish. Breakfast is homemade bread or muffin, organic toasted muesli, fruit compote and yoghurt.
