- The hamper is made from the best available fresh local seasonal ingredients and includes a tasting platter for a starter. The main dish can range from beef, lamb, venison and fish (ready for you to cook yourself on either the cooktop or the barbeque), with seasonal vegetables or salad. To finish your evening meal, there is a sweet treat or seasonal fruit. Breakfast is delicious homemade muesli with locally made organic yoghurt and a fruit compote. Vegetarian and gluten free options are available on request.
